A Seasoned Builder, Safety Consultant and Environmentalist. He has first degrees in both Building Technology and Surveying & Geo-informatics and Master’s Degree in Environmental Resource Management. He is a licensed Builder, Corporate member of the Nigerian Institute of Building, he is also a member of several professional bodies like the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria. Member, Association of Nigeria Geographers. Member, Onshore Offshore Oil and Gas professionals to mention a few. He has over 15years experience with so many construction and survey projects to his credit.

He is a graduate of Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin, Kwara State where he studied Urban and Regional Planning. He is a Planner by profession and has been in the Real Estate sector which handled various project with great expertise. He is equipped with over 10 years working experience.

He is a Legal Practitioner with 12years post call and currently practicing in Abuja. He obtained First degree and Second degree from University of Abuja and Nasarawa State University Keffi respectively. A member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), he started his practice as a legal officer with Sparklight Property Development Company Ltd, developers of Kings Court Estate, Abuja and Apo Sparklight Mall, Durumi, Abuja before exiting to private practice in 2012. He has vast knowledge on Real Estate practice as a result of his close association with several Real Estate developers in Abuja and a robust portfolio in property management for several clients.

He is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa State where he obtained Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology. A Certified Project Manager in Project Management by the International Management Professionals. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) Abuja Chapter with vast professional body seminars and AGM meetings to his credit.

Linda Ajala a graduate of political science from the university of Ibadan is a target driven and goal oriented Sales Executive. She joined Leisure Lifestyle Homes as the Manager in October 2020. She is quite renowned for her vast experience in sales and marketing with experience in leveraging consultative selling strategies that build relationships across all target markets. Prior to her working with Leisure lifestyle homes, in May 2015, she joined Dillon Consultants Nig Ltd as an Admin Staff and due to her outstanding skills and dedication to work, she was promoted to the position of Sales Supervisor in September 2017. In 2013 she worked with 10 degrees event centre as a Manager. Linda Ajala is happily married with son.

An accountant by training and a talented marketer by profession, Mr Agwu attended Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana Afikpo, Ebonyi State where he obtained (HND) in Accountancy. He started his professional career with Sky Vision Eye Clinic, Abuja as an Account Officer. In 2014, Mr. Agwu joined the marketing department of Guaranty Trust Bank as a Marketing officer where he worked for four years. In 2018, he joined Leisure Court Ltd as an Executive Marketer and now the Marketing Manager.
